No vaccination is mandatory but some vaccinations are recommended depending on the region visited. For travelers wishing to discover the Amazon, the yellow fever vaccine is highly recommended. Rabies vaccination can also be suggested depending on the place of stay.
The update of diphtheria-tetanus-poliomyelitis (DTP) vaccination is recommended by including Rubella Mumps and Measles in children, anti-tuberculosis vaccination is also desirable.

Arrival at Lima airport. Welcome by our partner, then transfer to your hotel.
Night in Lima.
A transfer will take you to Lima airport to reach Arequipa. Upon your arrival, you will be picked up to reach your hotel. The half day will be devoted to the discovery of this pretty town. Among the visits, you will go through the center with its colonial aspect, as well as the Santa Catalina convent. End the day at the Yanahuara and Carlen Alto lookout points and enjoy the panoramic view of the surrounding volcanoes.
Overnight in Arequipa.
This new day will revolve around the Colca Valley and Coporaque. A departure in a private vehicle will make you discover the area of Pampa Cañahua, which is a nature reserve of vineyards, as well as through the Patapampa pass located at 4900m. An unforgettable sight.
Night in Coporaque.
Immediately after your breakfast, head for the Condor Cross viewpoint, to show you the condors and especially the Colca Canyon with a depth of 1 m. Other watchtowers are planned, as well as the pre-Inca cemetery and the traditional villages of Maca and Yanque.

Route through the Peruvian altiplano to reach Puno and Lake Titicaca. A visit to the Chullpas of Sillustani is planned on the way.

Early departure to reach the islands of Uros and Taquile. 25 minutes of navigation will be expected to reach these floating islands. They were built by the Uros tribe, to facilitate their fishing. Direction the ancient capital of the Inca Empire, Cusco. The route will allow you to enjoy fabulous landscapes, with stops by the villages of Pukara, Raqchi and Andahuyalillas. Among the curiosities of these places, you can visit the Church of Andahuyalillas which is nicknamed the Sistine Chapel of the Andes, as well as the Wiracocha temple in Raqchi, which was built with lava from the Quinchasata Volcano.

Departure to 7h30 for a day through the Sacred Valley and the city of Cusco. Your first stop will make you discover the ruins of Pisac, which was in its time one of the major sites of the Inca culture. Before your return to Cusco, you will also stop by the ruins of Sacsayhuaman and Q ?? enqo, as well as the temple of the sun Qoricancha.

New day dedicated to the Sacred Valley. Between Inca ruins, saltworks, terraces, this day will bring you especially, by train, to Aguas Calientes, which is the starting point to reach Machu Picchu.
Overnight in Aguas Calientes.
Day of visit in the famous Inca site of Machu Picchu. Shuttle to join this ancient Inca city of 15th century. A guided tour will show you its aspects and curiosities, during about 3h. Free time is planned so that you can discover also by yourself.
The return on Ollantaytambo will be done by train then a transfer will take you to Cusco.
Night in Cusco.
End of stay in the Inca part of Peru and direction the Amazonian forest. A transfer from Puerto Maldonado to the Reserva Amazonica is planned. During the afternoon, a first approach to the forest will be made. Possibility of night excursion by boat if you wish.
Overnight at the Lodge.
Direction Lake Sandoval, where it will be possible to see giant otters, kingfishers, even piranhas. Return to the lodge for lunch. The afternoon will be dedicated to an excursion through the canopy. Observation of toucans, monkeys, sloths, and many others.

Visit of the Gaminata estate, to understand the importance of agriculture in this region. Tasting of fruits and other seasonal crops. The other part of the day will be dedicated to the Hacienda Conception, to discover more than 200 species of plants, and learn their uses.
