At Borgo Santo Pietro, our ecosystem begins in the dairy pastures, the oak forests, hives, culinary gardens and vineyards of our autonomous domain of 120 hectares.
On the farm, we process fresh sheep's milk into a variety of fresh and matured cheeses in our artisanal dairy, we collect eggs from hens raised in the open air and we let our pigs roam freely in the forest to nibble on the acorns which give the flavor and the desired quality of the famous Tuscan prosciutto.
