13:30 p.m .: Arrival at Reims station. Taxi transfer to the Cité du Champagne.
From 14 p.m. to 00 p.m .: Visit of the City of Champagne at the foot of the slopes of the Aÿ vineyard, listed as a Unesco World Heritage Site, followed by a champagne tasting. Invitation to discover the oldest wine cooperative in Champagne. You will pass through the centuries-old cellars dug in the chalk between 1882 and 1884. During the visit of the Museum of Champagne Trades, discover the evolution of the work of the vine and the production of champagne. Then, finish with a tasting.

From 19:30 p.m. to 21:30 p.m .: Dinner at the "brasserie The Jardin des Crayères » (1 glass of champagne - starter - main course - dessert - 2 glasses of wine - mineral water - coffee). The Brasserie Le Jardin is one of the restaurants at Domaine Les Crayères, a luxury hotel located in a seven hectare park in the heart of Reims. The Brasserie Le Jardin welcomes you in a resolutely modern decor, combining steel, stone and brick in homage to the industrial architectural heritage of Reims.
Return and overnight at Royal Champagne Hotel & Spa for 22:00.
8:30 am: Taxi transfer from the hotel to the Reims tourist office.
From 9h00 to 12h00: Walking tour and guided tour of Reims Cathedral.

From 12:30 p.m. to 15:00 p.m .: Traditional visit of the Penet House in Verzy with 3 tastings, followed by a gourmet lunch. Learn about the history of the Penet family, then visit the old wine press and the historic cellars carved out of the chalk. Discover the house signature during a commented tasting of 3 champagnes, followed by a 3-course meal!

From 18:30 p.m. to 22:30 p.m .: Visit of the cellars and Crayères of Maison Ruinart, followed by a 5-course dinner with “Mets et Champagnes” pairing. Immerse yourself in the heart of a chalk cathedral with the Maison de Champagne Ruinart with a personalized welcome by a Maison ambassador. The show begins with a sumptuous staircase that takes you thirty meters underground to a network of galleries opening onto old chalk pits, classified as a Historic Site and UNESCO World Heritage. Private provision of a lounge for aperitifs and meals (service, floral decoration, printing of menus) with service of different champagne cuvées, from aperitif to dessert.

Return to the hotel for 23:00 p.m.
9:30 am: Taxi transfer from the hotel to Mareuil-sur-Ay for the departure of the cruise.

From 12:30 p.m. to 15:30 p.m .: Gourmet lunch at the Manoir de Verzy. La Veuve Clicquot House offers lunch at the Manoir de Verzy, a gastronomic experience served in the Manoir's dining room. You will have the chance to visit the Verzy vineyard plot with a house Ambassador. An aperitif will be served before lunch!
