Located in southern Utah, near the border with Arizona, the Amangiri, a member of the prestigious Aman Resorts group, is a magnificent little address that stretches over more than 320 hectares.
Nestled in a protected valley, the hotel offers breathtaking views of the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument (a geological formation dating back 180 million years). The resort is a 25-minute drive from Page and a 15-minute drive from the shores of Lake Powell.
Architecturally, the establishment with its cubic architecture was designed to blend into the landscape with natural colors and clean lines in orange-ocher hues. Forget the superfluous and find the essential!
In total, the Amangiri offers 34 suites to accommodate its guests: 13 Desert View Suites, 14 Mesa View Suites, one Terrace Suite, two Mesa Pool Suites, two Desert Pool Suites, the Girijaala Suite and the Amangiri Suite.
Desert View Suites (13)These suites offer a breathtaking view of the dunes and plateaus of the valley.
Mesa View Suites (14): the panoramic views of the mesas around these suites are particularly spectacular at sunset. At this time of day the mesas are bathed in shades of gold and pink.
Terrace Suite (1): located in the Mesa wing, the Suite has a living room with two sun loungers and a relaxation area that will allow you to enjoy a unique and intimate view of the surrounding mesa.
Mesa Pool Suites (2): they offer a private swimming pool and a large daybed in the courtyard. A private terrace is accessible by stairs. The terrace has a bed perfect for basking in the sun or stargazing at night. Located in the Mesa Wing, these suites offer a panoramic view similar to that of the Mesa View Suites.
Desert Pool Suites (2): Both Desert Pool Suites are similar to the Mesa Pool Suites but offer larger private pools (5 meters by 4). They also offer a private terrace and views of the desert and its plateaus.
Girijaala Suite: the entrance is through a private courtyard and opens onto a sky lounge area with a bed to observe the view. The Suite also has a swimming pool and a terrace offering a spectacular view of the desert.
Amangiri Suite: the Suite is made up of a large swimming pool (18 meters by 4), a terrace with two beds, four sun loungers and a table that can accommodate up to 4 people. The interior space of the Amangiri suite includes the same elements as the neighboring suites and has a larger bathroom including a shower and a bathtub and giving direct access to the swimming pool.
All suites are equipped with high speed wireless network, air conditioning and underfloor heating.
